Derth of Fiction . . . or is that Death?

I haven’t posted any further stories yet, and I doubt I will. The ones that are left, the ones that are without a home right now, could be ripe for inclusion in anthologies, should the right one come along. And I am mercenary enough to hold out for the buckage.

If you are interested in reading more of my fiction, and you don’t regularly visit the Sword’s Edge Publishing webpage, there’s a fiction serial running there right now. Every two weeks, I put up a chapter of Mundus Novit: Dark Horizons, which is both serialized fiction and an introduction of sorts to the world of Mundus Novit.

One thing that I am thinking of doing, if I ever get more writing time, is to publish here teasers for ongoing works, things like the first couple of pages of a story or the first few chapters of a novel. Don’t hold your breath, though. Between podcasts (plural, I’ve got ASP, Collateral, and Viking True20 on the go) and kids, I really don’t have much writing time. I’m also about to embark on a major project in the home, so while I might suddenly have more podcast listening time, I will have zero writing time.

Suddenly I want to cry. Why do you suppose that is?
